Dr. Greg Hackett
Dr. Greg Hackett became the lead pastor of The Bridge Community Church on April 28, 2013. From 1991 to 2010, he served as the lead pastor of First Assembly of God in Lafayette, Indiana. In 2010, he and his wife, Lisa, moved to Winter Garden, Florida, where he served as the National Director of Central Bible College Leadership Corps. During this time he also developed into a church consultant and began coaching leaders in churches and businesses. He continues to utilize his consulting and coaching skills within the church and business community in Warrenton and the surrounding area. Currently he is certified with the International Coaching Federation and the Assemblies of God (Level 3). He has his Bachelors of Arts in Biblical Studies from Evangel Univsersity, Master’s Degree in Church Ministries and Doctorate in Leadership from Assemblies of God Theological Seminary. Over the years, his heart for missions has enabled him to minister in over 20 countries. He and Lisa have been married since 1983 and have 3 children and 4 grandchildren.Email
Pastor Danielle Dean
Next Gen Pastor
Pastor Danielle Dean has been the Children’s Pastor since July 2015. She has her Bachelors of Arts in Criminal Justice, graduated from Liberty University with a Master’s Degree in Crisis and Trauma Counseling and currently working on her doctorate from Liberty University. Pastor Danielle also teaches women’s and children’s self-defense classes through Abduction Awareness Initiative. She and her husband, Jim, have 7 children and 4 grandchildren. Email
Pastor Austin joined the pastoral team at The Bridge Community Church as the youth pastor on January 1, 2020. He is from Winchester, Virginia. After attending Lord Fairfax Community College for one year, he transferred to Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida where he graduated in May 2018 with a B.A. in Children, Youth and Family Ministries. In August 2018 he married Rachael (who he met at Southeastern). She is from Cumberland, Maryland. Rachael graduated from Southeastern University in May 2019 with a B.A. in Kinesiology/Pre-physical Therapy and a certification in CPR. Currently she is pursuing further education in physical therapy. While attending school in Florida, Pastor Austin did a ministerial internship at Faith Lighthouse in Plant City. After graduation he continued to serve at the church as the Children’s and Youth Pastor. Pastor Austin enjoys hiking, fishing, football, running and volleyball. He and Rachael also have chocolate Labrador dog named Koda.
Connections Group & Youth Admin
Jessie Hinnefeld graduated from George Mason University with a Master’s in Education. In June of 2018, she became Pastor Lisa’s Assistant for the Connection Group Ministry. Jessie leads The Struggle to Juggle Connection Group for moms and has a heart for young mother’s. Jessie and her husband, Tom, together have three sons; Zachary, Deklan and Jude.
Pastor Lisa Hackett
Pastor Lisa Hackett became the Connections Pastor in June 2013. While ministering alongside Pastor Greg, Lisa has led and taught a variety of bible study groups and ministries in the church. She is currently attending Regent University to complete her college degree. She received her credentials with the Assemblies of God in 2015. She and Pastor Greg have been married since 1983 and have 3 children and 4 grandchildren. Email
Pastor Malik Abney
Worship/Fine Arts Pastor
Pastor Malik became the Worship & Fine Arts Pastor on January 1, 2019. He has been involved with the creative arts in church settings for the majority of his life. He grew up in NC where he served in the music department at Glad Tidings Church & participated in the district & national Fine Arts Festival. He received a Bachelor’s of Science in Church Music from Southeastern University in May of 2018 where he studied voice & piano. During his time at SEU he served on SEU Worship & worship teams throughout Central Florida. Before moving to Virginia he sang tenor in the Campbell University Choral Society. He enjoys leading worship, songwriting & helping creatives reach the next dimension in their gifting’s. Email
Executive Admin & Assistant Children's Director
Lauren Smith graduated from Southeastern University in 2009 with a Bachelors of Social Work and has always had a strong passion to work with children. A native of the DMV, she is a big Washington, D.C. sports fan. With a love of the great outdoors, on a beautiful day you can find her outside hiking or just walking around town. She enjoys traveling to new places and would love to backpack through Europe someday. Email
Kim Trimble has been our bookkeeper since October 2013. She graduated from George Mason University with a degree in English, but has always worked in the banking and accounting fields. She is married to Rich and together they have four boys; Nic, Jake, Dakota, and Connor, and one grandchild, Deacan.
