Dr. Greg Hackett

Lead Pastor

Dr. Greg Hackett became the lead pastor of The Bridge Community Church on April 28, 2013. From 1991 to 2010, he served as the lead pastor of First Assembly of God in Lafayette, Indiana. In 2010, he and his wife, Lisa, moved to Winter Garden, Florida, where he served as the National Director of Central Bible College Leadership Corps. During this time he also developed into a church consultant and began coaching leaders in churches and businesses. He continues to utilize his consulting and coaching skills within the church and business community in Warrenton and the surrounding area. Currently he is certified with the International Coaching Federation and the Assemblies of God (Level 3). He has his Bachelors of Arts in Biblical Studies from Evangel Univsersity, Master’s Degree in Church Ministries and Doctorate in Leadership from Assemblies of God Theological Seminary. Over the years, his heart for missions has enabled him to minister in over 20 countries. He and Lisa have been married since 1983 and have 3 children and 5 grandchildren.

Lisa Hackett

Connections Pastor

Pastor Lisa Hackett became the Connections Pastor in June 2013. She and Pastor Greg have been married for over 40 years, with 3 grown children and 5 grandchildren. For decades, Lisa has led and taught a variety of bible study groups and ministries within the church. In 2023 she received her ordination status within the Assemblies of God.

Malik Abney

Worship & Fine Arts Pastor

Pastor Malik became the Worship & Fine Arts Pastor in January 2019. He has been involved with the creative arts in church settings for the majority of his life. He grew up in NC where he served in his church's music dept. & participated in the district & national Fine Arts Festival. He received a Bachelor of Science in Church Music from Southeastern University in Lakeland, FL in May of 2018 where he studied voice & piano. He received his license for the Assembly of God in 2019 & became an ordained minister in 2021. 

Dr. Danielle Dean

Next Gen Pastor

Pastor Danielle Dean has been our Next Generation Pastor since July 2015. She has been involved children’s ministry for over 30 years as a teacher or director. She has her B.A. in Criminal Justice, graduated from Liberty University with a Master’s Degree in Crisis and Trauma Counseling and graduated with her doctorate in Education and Leadership in May 2023. Pastor Danielle is also an ordained pastor in the Assemblies of God as May of 2023. She is a certified defense tactics instructor and teaches worldwide through Joint Defense Tactical Group. She has been a Chaplain for the Fauquier County Sheriff’s Office since 2020. Pastor Danielle enjoys hiking, athletics, kayaking and basically all things outdoors. She and her husband Jim have 7 children and 5 grandchildren and have lived in Fauquier County 22 years.

Austin Hogan

Youth Pastor

Pastor Austin joined the pastoral team at The Bridge Community Church as the youth pastor on January 1, 2020. He is from Winchester, Virginia. After attending Lord Fairfax Community College for one year, he transferred to Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida where he graduated in May 2018 with a B.A. in Children, Youth and Family Ministries. In August 2018 he married Rachael (who he met at Southeastern). She is from Cumberland, Maryland. Rachael graduated from Southeastern University in May 2019 with a B.A. in Kinesiology/Pre-physical Therapy and a certification in CPR. Currently she is pursuing further education in physical therapy. While attending school in Florida, Pastor Austin did a ministerial internship at Faith Lighthouse in Plant City. After graduation he continued to serve at the church as the Children’s and Youth Pastor. Pastor Austin enjoys hiking, fishing, football, running and volleyball. He and Rachael also have chocolate Labrador dog named Koda.

Peter Stauffer

Media Director

Peter Stauffer graduated from Liberty University in May of 2020 with a Bachelor's degree in Digital Media. Shortly after, he joined the team at The Bridge Community Church as the media director. He was raised in Bel Air, Maryland where he developed his skills and passion for media ministry at Grace Assembly of God. During his time at Liberty University, he met the love of his life, Jennifer, and they tied the knot in July of 2020. They now live in Warrenton with their daughter Elyse and son Nathan. He loves dogs, disc golf, and checklists.

Kim Trimble

Bookkeeper

Kim Trimble has been The Bridge Community Church bookkeeper since October 2013.  She graduated from George Mason University with a degree in English, but has always worked in the banking and accounting fields.  She is married to Rich and together they have four boys; Nic, Jake, Dakota, and Connor, and two grandchildren; Deacan and Ada. Kim is hoping soon to thru-hike the Appalachian Trail.

Starla Hill

Office & Connections Group Admin

Starla is a recent addition to the town of Warrenton and an organizational manager with over 20 years of experience in ministry. She enjoys orchestrating events, retreats and trips. She loves to travel, sew, play video games and build legos. Her organizational skills are attributed to her classical Tetris training and she brings a colorful, creative perspective to problem solving and logistical planning. In her "spare time" she enjoys going to the lake, being outdoors, spending time with friends, live music and culinary adventures.

Kim Lumpkin

Admin Assistant to BridgeKids

Though Kim has travelled and lived in many different places, she is a country girl at heart. She calls herself an avid reader and the library is one of her favorite places. Kim enjoys singing, playing the cello, exercising and learning new things. She is a true lover of purple, and if her husband could take it, their entire house would be purple!

Ellida Bernard

Royal Rangers & P31 Admin Assistant

Ellida and her husband Jamie have been attending The Bridge since 2010.  She has been involved with Royal Rangers Outpost 365 and P31 Warriors since 2015.  She has a degree in Elementary and Middle School Education from Frostburg State University and taught middle school mathematics prior to staying home to raise her four children; Warren, Mary, Wade and Rosie.

Claudia Traverso

Vertical Youth Admin

Claudia was born and raised in Puerto Rico so Spanish is her first language. Her family moved to Virginia in 2014 and she got plugged into The Bridge Community Church in 2021. Her first point of connection at TBCC was in the Young Adults ministry with involvement in Vertical Youth leadership at the Worship Collective to follow. She is currently in college studying education with an emphasis in ESOL (English for Students of Other Languages). Claudia has been involved with music her whole life and has 5 + years of vocal training in choir. She love to bake, run, play volleyball and read. She also has a dachshund named Roxy!

Sydney Rainey

Administrative Assistant

Sydney moved from Maryland to Virginia in 2018. Currently she is attending Northern Virginia Community College to get her Associates Degree in Business Administration. Then, she plans to transfer to George Mason University to get her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. In her free time she likes to stay active and travel. A fun fact about Sydney is that she's left-handed!

Noah Bockmiller

Assistant Media Director

Noah grew up in Chestertown, Maryland, and moved to Warrenton, VA in 2022 to attend the Potomac School of Leadership program and is currently attending Ascent College in pursuit of his Associate's Degree in ‘Science in Ministerial Leadership.’ He has found his calling in media and youth ministry. He also loves listening to music, watching films, and working on his car.

Kalini Ford

Worship Admin

Kalini was born and raised in Fairfax, VA. She moved to Warrenton, VA in 2022 to attend the Potomac School of Leadership program and is currently attending Ascent College in pursuit of her Associate's Degree in ‘Science in Ministerial Leadership.’ She loves serving as a youth leader at The Vertical, and is aspiring to one day become a worship pastor and to continue serving in the youth ministry wherever she goes. She also loves hiking, a good read, and listening to music.
